Your support and friendship throughout our campaign has made the difference! We won this race thanks to your time, energy, support and — most importantly — your vote.
Joan and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
From the very start, we have felt a true partnership with so many Georgians in our efforts to protect Georgia.
We’ve worked every day to protect and defend the Constitutions of the United States and the state of Georgia.
Together, we have launched new efforts to combat the opioid crisis, end human trafficking and prosecute criminal gang activities. We’re doing more to protect older and at-risk adults, fight federal overreach, look out for consumers and keep our government open and transparent.
And we’re just getting started.
Just this week, we were named the number one state in which to do business for the sixth straight year. I remain committed to protecting the jobs and economic interests of the people of our state.
Over the next four years, I vow to continue to use the same four principles that have guided me throughout my career: the principles of federalism, the rule of law, free enterprise and common sense.
We will continue to tackle some of our state’s toughest issues head-on. Our “all-in” approach has provided important perspective and allowed us to reach more Georgians, and we’re excited to continue that work together.
If you liked the last two years of what we’ve done at the Office of the Attorney General, you’re going to love the next four!
I am proud every day to work for you, and I’m excited to be officially elected to office.
Thank you for allowing me to serve as Georgia’s Attorney General.
