Attorney General Chris Carr Thanks Campaign Donors
Reports more than $830,000 cash on hand heading into November
ATLANTA – Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr today thanked donors to his 2018 election campaign whose contributions helped him raise a total of $1,334,838.66 since beginning his campaign. Thanks to 1,520 individual contributions, Carr’s campaign is in a strong position moving toward November.
Carr’s campaign has been organized in all 159 Georgia counties since March 2018, and he raised more than $326,000 in the 2nd quarter of 2018 alone. Carr’s campaign now holds $832,000 cash on hand.
“As I’ve traveled our state as Georgia’s Attorney General and on the campaign trail, I have been overwhelmed at the support we’ve received from every community,” said Carr. “Thank you to the hundreds of supporters who have contributed to our campaign and helped spread our message of protecting Georgia and abiding by our Constitution and the rule of law. I look forward to continuing to work together in the best interest of our state.”
